Arsenal of Peace - Turin - Italy

It was an abandoned weapons factory. Since 1983, the free work of so many volunteers, and mainly young people, converted it into a prophecy of peace, a metropolitan monastery open 24 hours a day.

It’s a meeting point
between different cultures, religions and outlooks to get better acquainted, to communicate and to walk together.
It’s an open house for those seeking assistance: single mothers, inmates, foreigners and people who need care, a home and a job.
It’s a place to pray where anyone can seek silence and, in silence, find God.
It’s a place where everyone can give back something of themselves: time, professional skills, as well as spiritual or material resources.

What’s the result? Millions of people helping millions of people.
